Free 10 Day Trial: All members receive a free 10 day trial before their membership automatically begins. To not continue to membership please email [email protected]

Membership: To register for membership, please complete the form. You will receive a welcome email with a summary of your registration, all of your details and access to the app-based community platform. Once you complete the form, please click the "Pay with Card" button and submit payment. Your payment will not begin for 10 days and you can cancel any time before your membership officially begins. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at any time.

To be eligible for and maintain membership, you must:

    • Register for membership.
    • Be willing to engage with the Rehabilitation Health Community.
    • Act in accordance with our core values: authenticity, work ethic, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Be thoughtful of other members time and needs.
Membership is $299.99 per year for general membership and $199.99 per year for student membership. The Do-It-With-Me (DIWM) is an add-on to membership. You may cancel at any time. However, if you cancel after the free 10 day trial and rejoin at a later time, the fee will be reapplied. By completing the form, you agree to the terms and conditions on this page.

You represent and warrant that you have all requisite legal power and authority to enter into this Membership Agreement. All Innovation Summit Content, including audience interaction, is recorded and made available on our platform. By interacting with our websites and subdomains including RehabilitationHealth.com, store.RehabilitationHealth.com, app.RehabilitationHealth.com, or joining our Innovation Summits, you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be recorded and you grant your permission for your likeness and voice to be included therein without compensation, credit or other consideration. We may suspend or discontinue any portion of our Services for any reason at any time, however, we will attempt to notify members in advance of such suspension or discontinuance except in case of routine maintenance or emergency. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Rehabilitation Health or its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their past, present and future offices, directors, shareholders, managers, members, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns jointly and individually be liable for any direct, special, incidental, indirect, punitive, consequential or other damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the participation or inability to participate in or use of Rehabilitation Health, or otherwise under or in connection with any provision of this Membership Agreement. You agree to only resolve disputes with Rehabilitation Health on an individual basis and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You agree that you will not bring, participate in or instigate any class arbitration, class action, private attorney general action or consolidation with other arbitrations in connection with any matter arising out of or touching on this Membership Agreement, your membership in Rehabilitation Health. In the event that any provision or portion of the Membership Agreement is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of the Membership Agreement shall be unaffected thereby and shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The Membership Agreement shall be binding on your heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns. This Membership Agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with laws of the State of Utah.
